Transforming government services has been the proudest work of my career, from reimagining healthcare enrollment to streamline the process and enroll 11 million families with 75% fewer clicks, to revolutionizing the Quality Payments Program by linking doctor reimbursements to health outcomes. We reduced a three-year feedback loop to real-time, processed billions of claims, and built intuitive tools and APIs that empowered users and developers alike. Currently, my team is re-imagining how Americans renew passports online (in 2024 I know) & these projects prove that innovation in government isn’t just possible—it’s transformative. While I currently lead 185 practitioners across engineering, product, design, and agile delivery, my passion for impactful change drives me in my mission to benefit all humanity.
